Kloeckner Metals Austria offers the complete range of metal processing. We are constantly investing in machinery and know-how to meet the growing demands of our customers.
We can transform material from our range into almost any shape desired by the customer. This is because we master standard services as well as the demanding production of parts and components.
At the first processing stage, we include mechanical machining such as cutting and shortening. Included in our repertoire is chamfering, centering, washing and rotofinishing. Next comes surface treatment, preservation, finishing and heat treatment.
Our machine portfolio includes, among other things, a panel sawing center, fully automatic bar saws as well as an automatic foil laminating machine supporting a width of up to two meters.
We produce preliminary products on state-of-the-art production units, such as CNC-controlled automatic turning and milling machines, 3D pipe lasers and flame-cutting systems. We manufacture parts that meet the precise specifications of our customers and can be further processed with minimal effort. Trained employees and reliable machines ensure top quality and efficient processes. Many of our plants perform multiple processing steps in one pass, which means complex intermediate transports are not required.
Together with our customers, we develop concepts for the production of components and assemblies. For example, we control the production of aluminum façade parts for the construction industry. At the same time, we coordinate all processing steps from transportation from the coil to just-in-time delivery of the ready-to-install, in the desired color-coated part to the construction site.
